Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company. We are currently searching for one part time Cleaner/Maintenance Technician to join our team at River Front Apartments. This position will be responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of the community. : $15.00 per hour, 28 hours per week.

: Flexible during regular work hours (8am - 5pm, 28 hours per week).

- Clean all common areas such as lobby, laundry, bathrooms, elevators, community room, hallways (sweeping, mopping, scrubbing), dusting, windows, and other general cleaning.
- Assist with turnover of apartments.
- Empty trash.
- Litter pick up.
- Light maintenance work with the willingness to learn more.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Rotating on-call with the maintenance team.

**Requirements**:

- Prior residential cleaning/maintenance experience is preferred, but not required.
- Working cell phone.
- Valid PA Drivers license and reliable transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 per week
