**Summary**:
Provides administrative and technical support to enhance all parking and transportation operational goals as directed by the Parking and Transportation Manager. This position will support the department's day-to-day operations by performing various office functions and interacting with management, staff, and others using Baystate Health parking areas.

Responsible for maintaining a professional atmosphere in the office and conducting in a manner that supports the credibility, dignity, and respect of self and the department

**Job Requirements**:
**2) **Handling general office tasks such as maintaining electronic data logs and physical filing systems and clerical duties as assigned by the manager.

**3)** Maintains and reorders decals and forms needed to support the department

**4)** Supports Parking and Transportation Manager/ department with relevant data collection, reporting, and administrative needs

**7) **Aptitude to learn department-specific software programs that support parking operations

**8)** Ability to work in a self-sufficient and productive manner with mínimal errors and oversight

**9)** Other duties as assigned
