**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Receive and enter transcript information into the CRM (Slate).
- Monitor clearance and approvals required for students seeking re-admittance.
- Work closely with the offices of the registrar, student financial services, traditional admissions, Adult and Graduate admissions, and ENC Online admissions to provide quality service to students during the admissions process.
- Prepare weekly admissions reports and maintain a digital library of historical admissions funnel data.
- Maintain an accurate and updated acceptance letter template library in the CRM (Slate).
- Update student information in the CRM (Slate) and/or SIS (Ellucian Colleague).
- Maintain data integrity across platforms and facilitate archiving of student files in digital storage space.
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective students and campus partners directly and indirectly through work with the on campus and online enrollment teams.
- Other duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred;
- Organized and able to work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, etc.);
- Experience with large databases (Slate Technolutions CRM, preferred);
- Comfortable with technology in a working environment;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- High level of professionalism and personal integrity;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality;
- College or university level work experience (preferred);
- Evangelical Christian confession of faith and commitment to the mission of ENC.
