**Traffic Associate**

Goya Foods, Inc. a leader in the food industry based in Webster, Massachusetts is seeking a Traffic Associate to provide administrative support to the Plant General Manager and to various members of the Traffic Department.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
Prepares paperwork for drivers and with product and delivery requirements.

Keep records of maintenance on trucks for DOT.

Report damages to trucks and verify they are repaired.

Tag trips and adjust trips into AS/400 computer system.

Print various forms such as invoices, pick-tickets, pick-up sheets, and credit memos.

Remain knowledgeable of DOT laws affecting traffic.

Assist with answering incoming calls, when necessary, as back up support.

**Knowledge and Skills**:
Adequate command of both English and Spanish language a plus

**Education and Experience**:
High School diploma or six months to one year experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

**Good Faith Estimate of Salary Range: $ 15.00 - $ 17.00 per Hour.**
