**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and schedule routes for an assigned fleet of vehicles.
- Use freight booking platforms to book freight.
- Monitor shipment progress, track deliveries, and provide real-time updates to customers.
- Resolve any issues or delays for shipments promptly and efficiently.
- Communicate with drivers to dispatch orders and track vehicle status.
- Collaborate with the customer service and operations teams to optimize routes.

**Job Requirements**:

- Previous work experience as a Transportation Load Planner, Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, or similar role.
- Fundamental knowledge of transportation and routing in US and Canada.
- Proficiency in using transportation management systems (TMS).
- Strong knowledge of transportation industry, including routing, load optimization, and FMCSA/DOT regulations.
- Strong ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

**Qualifications / Additional Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations.
