We are currently only hiring qualified and experienced Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy center in Arizona. Our Center integrates speech, occupational and applied behavior analysis services (ABA) for young children, primarily ages 2yr.6yr. We currently have positions available in:
**Chandler Clinic**

Registered Behavior Technicians work closely with clients (ages 0-6) in a clinic setting under the direction and supervision of a behavior analysis trainee (BAT) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians deliver direct ABA services, collect data and implement behavior plans. They are also responsible for following HIPAA Regulations, session prep and session notes, and providing updates to supervising BAT & BCBA.

**Required Qualifications for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providers**:

- High school or equivalent (required)
- ABA Therapy: 1 year (preferred)
- Prior work experience as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT), Behavior Coach, or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)**:

- Home Health: 1 year (preferred)
- RBT Certification (Preferred and required to be hired as an RBT)
- Have at least three (3) months experience implementing and documenting performance in individual programs (specific training strategies)
- Ability to work calmly under pressure with individuals who may require additional support

**Required Documents/ Training Certifications**:

- Level 1 Fingerprint Card
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Auto Insurance and Registration
- Article 9
- CPR & First Aid (Pediatric/Child/Adult)
