Junior Achievement (JA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people to own their economic success by providing educational programs focused on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. **Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy to support the funding needs of JACF including individual donors, corporate sponsors, and grants.
- Partnership Development: Identify, cultivate, and steward relationships with potential corporate partners, foundations, and individual donors to secure funding for all programming.
- Renew and solicit past donors for events and program funding.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partners, ensuring ongoing communication, engagement, stewardship and alignment with the mission and goals of JACF.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for potential partners, highlighting the impact and value of supporting JACF.
- Marketing: Ensure that partner engagement activities are captured and shared with the partners and on all social media.
- Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective donor stewardship, cultivation events, and other fundraising activities.
- Collaborate on filling all volunteer needs with corporate partners and recruit volunteers as needed.
- Meet with the education team to understand their needs and align partnership opportunities accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on fundraising activities, program outcomes, and progress towards goals, including providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and donors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising, development, or partnership management, preferably in the education or nonprofit sector.
- Proven track record of success in securing major gifts, corporate sponsorships, and grants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to driving impact and outcomes.
- Excellent computer skills with fundraising software and CRM systems preferred.
- Passion for education, youth empowerment, and social impact.
- Other duties as assigned

- Ability to translate various program information and concepts into easily readable language and investment opportunities meeting both the needs of JACF and the potential investor.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks in a timely, accurate and efficient manner as well as flexible to accommodate the varying schedules of all JACF investors and supporters.
- Exceptional written and oral communications skills and strong interpersonal interaction skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- A collaborative approach with staff and volunteers with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships, both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of the Central Florida business community
