US Power Pros is a fast growing full service electrical contractor and authorized Generac Dealer. Looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team

**Responsibilities**:

- Sell whole home Generators to homeowners
- Participate in the full sales cycle with company provided leads, setting proper expectations for customers
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Present product demonstrations and proposals to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in technology sales or business development
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and identify potential opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
- Experience in outside sales preferred

**Benefits**:

- We offer competitive compensation packages, including a base salary plus commission for the first 60 days. Straight commission after 60 days.
