**WHAT YOU'LL DO**
- **Project Management**_
- Provide support to Project Manager in managing projects, assisting with scheduling job take-off meetings, writing purchase orders and proposals, sending quotes for bidding, organizing bid dates, obtaining bid bonds, entering jobs into accounting system, prepping invoices to be sent for billing, process contracts/claims/change orders, close jobs upon completion, request vendor quotes, process COI requests as needed, pull permits for worksites as well as request inspections, track HV testing, review aging reports, complete collection calls for customers past due.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings as well as scheduled meetings as needed throughout the project and post-mortem meetings to see how we can improve next time.
- Assemble Quality Assurance/Quality Control Documentation, submittal packs per specifications, etc.
- Assemble Redlines & Operation & Maintenance (O&Ms) from the field. Update revisions on engineered drawings, product procurement during and after project completion.
- Create packages and labels for wire terminations.
- Coordinate and manage schedules for accommodations from GC to align with Van Ert schedules.
- Monitor project progress by following contractual requirements and provide timely updates to Project Manager.
- Assist in managing project’s labor force and personnel.
- Ensure all applicable safety programs and policies are implemented and practiced by team members.
- **Customer Relations/Leadership**_
- Maintain effective communication with and be a resource for Foreman, Project Managers, those in the field and other office staff on company updates, events, job specific details, inquires, etc.
- Satisfy customer needs in a positive way; be accommodating and professional; provide exceptional service.
- Develop positive relationships with all internal and external customers.
- Be responsive and reliable.
- Be visible and accessible; proactive not reactive; treat people with respect; provide positive reinforcement.

**WHAT IT TAKES**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management or 2-3 years experience (i.e., commercial/industrial/plan spec/design build/solar).
- Thorough knowledge of industry standards, procedures, National Electrical Code, etc.
- Working knowledge of or ability to learn Accubid and Procore software programs.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to perform a variety of tasks under multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Skills to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or as a team.
- Ability to make independent decisions, analyze problems and create solutions.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $97,000.00 per year
