**Geislinger** is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Battle Creek, MI.

**Job Summary**:
The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for the following duties and responsibilities:

- Execute the onboarding process of new hires.
- Assist with employee performance reviews and conduct corrective action as needed.
- Assist in employee compensation and benefits administration.
- Oversee employee engagement programs and processes.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Education Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
- At least two years of experience in human resources preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting.

Skills & Abilities:

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to prioritize and organize activities to meet department objectives and company goals.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

Pay: $52,359.11 - $63,056.13 per year
