- Answer incoming calls from potential clients promptly and professionally
- Address inquiries and provide accurate information
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to assist callers effectively
- Enter caller data accurately into the system
- Analyze caller needs and recommend appropriate consultation services
- Handle complaints with empathy and professionalism

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages is preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or a medical office setting is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with callers
- Knowledge of legal terminology for better understanding of caller needs
- Ability to analyze information and provide suitable solutions
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Proficient in data entry to maintain accurate records
