**Position Summary**:
Provide administrative assistance to the Land Department. Specifically, administer lot closings, construction plans, invoices, contracts, and various reports. Serve as a liaison between the Land Department and rest of Division on land related matters.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reporting: Update Area Lot Inventory reports, contract status & lot purchase schedules, Land/Lot Cash Flow Reports, community lot inventory reports, lot status reports, lot takedown schedules, and Code Expense Reports.
- Lot Closings: Maintain records of all lot closings and submit lot finance request to Controller 10 days prior to closing. Monitor weekly starts memo and advise finance dept. about new lot takedowns. Ensure recorded closing docs and title policies are received from title company.
- Invoices & Checks: Prepare and Code invoices for payment, distribute checks, maintain check tracking report, and prepare/submit MUD reimbursement packages.
- Plats and Construction Plans**:Order copies of plats and development plans, maintain original copies of plat and plans, distribute copies of plats, and plans as needed.
- Contract Management & Legal**: Prepare professional service contracts, exhibits & amendments; collect and maintain contracts, insurance certificates, TWCC-83; distribute copies of new contracts, Deed Restrictions, and Address Plats; assist with preparation of Land Feasibility Books, and with preparation of Start Up Books

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- At least five (5) years of administrative experience; preferably with a homebuilder or title company.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point, and ability to learn new programs.
