The opportunity:
As the Company Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's financial management, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

3. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

4. Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic decision-making.

5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as department heads and executives, to provide financial insights and support business objectives.

7. Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial reviews as needed.

8. Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk.

9. Stay current with accounting principles, practices, and industry trends to continuously improve financial processes and procedures.

10. Manage company conversion from Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks online..

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an accountant or financial analyst utilizing Quickbooks.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and great knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of financial management.
