Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of different car models
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers to close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly sales targets
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of current inventory and pricing
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Strong sales skills, including cold calling and prospecting
- Basic math skills for calculating pricing, financing, and discounts
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Knowledge of retail math for calculating commissions, profit margins, and discounts

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
