**Sales Manager**:
**Summary of Position**
Achieve your area's objectives continuously through planning,
leadership, organization, and appropriate personnel. Demand production and
ensure the fulfillment of weekly and daily production quotas. Ensure the
acquisition of personnel to get the work done.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the sales teams, especially in
meeting daily and weekly quotas.
- Ensure that the supervisors in each area are focused and achieve the set
goals.
- Maintain harmony, unity, connection, and productivity within all sales
teams.
- Maintain and ensure adherence to the sales structure for further
expansion.
- Be assertive in enforcing company policies.
- Verify that all sales teams have good, well-trained salespersons.
- Notify the HR department of the need for new personnel.
- Resolve customer problems by directing them to the appropriate
communication lines and departments.
- Conduct a meeting to welcome new staff. Ensure each supervisor
creates a weekly and daily sales plan with clearly defined quotas.
- Maintain good rapport, reality, and customer communication,
addressing their concerns.
- Coordinate activities with customers to keep them informed about new
services.
- Collaborate in conducting surveys and market studies. Ensure the
timely delivery of promotional items and merchandising actions.
- Assist in managing collections and coordinate sales representatives in
these actions.
- Ensure accurate records of customers who have purchased the
company's products.
- Keep records of the statistics of your position, reporting and graphing
them every week.

- Experience in mitigation, restoration, or any related industry.
**Travel Requirements**
This position requires you to travel 100%.
