OVERVIEW:
The TGR Learning Lab Golf Range Attendant reports to Golf Director and will be responsible for developing and maintaining operational excellence with stakeholders. The individual selected will assume the position of a TGR Learning Lab Golf Range Attendant and will maintain quality and upkeep golf facility and equipment as well as assist in the golf instructional program, Player Development Program as well as related duties associated with the golf program growth and development.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains and models high standards of behavior and performance while working with youth ages 5 -18;
- Support in structural set-up and storage of golf equipment for programs and activities;
- Maintain and upkeep golf range and putting greens;
- Manage and maintain golf basement and all golf equipment used in programming;
- Full competency of operating, assembling and disassembling the gas range picker;
- Supports golf programming events: Expanded Learning, Sat. Golf Clinics, Player Development Program clinics/events;
- Other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
Range Attendant preferably will have at least one year golf experience and knowledge of the maintenance of golf equipment. In addition to:

- Available Monday - Thursday 2:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. and Saturday 8am-5pm;
- Current high school junior-senior and/or freshman-sophomore in college;
- Valid CA Driver’s License and/or in progress of obtaining one;
- Ability and willingness to expand knowledge of golf maintenance;
- Must be able to work outdoors during fall, winter, spring and summer months;
- Must be capable to lift 45 pounds;
- Willing to be part of an innovative movement of the development of underserved youth using golf as a vehicle to inspire, motivate and mentor youth to find a passion;
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational and verbal/written communication skills;
- Promotes collaborative planning and innovative thinking;
- Ability to work as a team and in a fast-paced environment;
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word;
- Support TGR Foundation mission, vision and core values.
