The Chase Home is looking for a Summer Residential Case Manager to make a difference in the lives of youth who have experienced trauma and significant and emotional and behavioral challenges. Join a dynamic and caring team of professionals implementing a trauma-informed care model.

**Summer Program Description**:
Participate and lead activities rich in outdoor activities such as State Parks, high ropes courses, team building activities, beach trips, and hiking trips. Assist with in house groups that promote independent living, wellness, mental health, and cooking.

**How You Will Make a Difference**:
Support youth in developing the skills they need to successfully transition home to families.

Teach appropriate life skills, coping skills, and social skills through modeling, building therapeutic relationships, and behaviioral management.

Participate in groups and activities designed to enhance youth growth and development and stabilize behaviors.

Participate in both on-site and off-site recreational/educational/trust-building activities.

Maintain a liviing environment for youth that is safe, clean, stable, and supportive both physically and emotionally.

The Chase Home offeres extensive training and supervisory support to all new staff and there are many opportunities for professional growth.

**Qualifications**:
Be at least 21 years old

Prior experience working with youth

An Associates Degree with at least 12 credits in the field of human services

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

**Full Time Schedule Available**:
Monday - Friday 8am-4pm for 10 weeks

Hourly Rate $24
