**Position Overview**:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage with our community. You will work closely with the marketing team to create compelling content that reflects our brand and drives customer engagement and sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media strategies to align with business goals.

Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written) across all social media platforms.

Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster community interaction.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to coordinate campaigns and promotions.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of social media innovation.

Manage social media advertising campaigns and budgets.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the automotive industry or a related field. (5+ years experience)

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.

Creativity and ability to think outside the box.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
