Job Description

As the Classic Home Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our organization's social media strategy. You will enhance Classic Home’s presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic and leads to our products or services through various social media platforms.


Role Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.

2. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, and written) across various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand voice and guidelines.

3. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and opportunities to engage with the audience.

4. Implement social media advertising campaigns to promote products, events, or brand initiatives, and optimize campaign performance.

5. Manage social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Vimeo.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and business goals.

7. Monitor, measure, and report on social media performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and provide insights to optimize strategies.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to improve our social media presence.


Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful social media strategies.

· Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Social Media planning tools, Canva etc.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Creative thinker with a passion for social media and digital marketing.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic video editing skills are a plus.
