**We are hiring immediately for a Retail Assistant Store Manager for our beautiful new Oxnard Store, located at 630 Collection Boulevard, off the 101 Highway and N Oxnard Blvd.**

**Compensation**:
$22.00 Hourly + Uncapped Commissions + Benefits

Combined salary range of 60k-90k+ annually

**Essential Functions**:

- Coach and develop team members in your store to surpass minimum performance expectations while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities
- Assists in coordinating store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals
- Monitor store metrics daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly to measure success and continuously motivate staff to exceed assigned sales and productivity goals.
- Motivate and inspire employees, lead by example and model excellence in all areas.
- Consistently communicate and manage expectations for an exceptional customer experience
- Continuous training of Sales Associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals
- Create a friendly and inviting customer-first atmosphere and lead by example
- Support Store Manager with system processing and inventory control
- Responsible for resolving customer concerns
- Create a work environment that positions The Good Feet Store as a premium employer in your market

**We Have Fantastic Retail Hours**:
9am - 7pm Monday - Saturday; 10am - 6pm Sunday

**Requirements**:

- **Must be willing to train in another Southern California location/corporate office for 3-4 weeks until store opening (travel & accommodations provided by Good Feet)**:

- 2+ years of experience in retail/sales
- 1+ years of Leadership & Management experience
- Proven ability to create a strong team culture of accountability and dedication to excellence
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
- Analytical and critical thinking ability, including solving complex problems under pressure and adapting to internal and external changes
- Exceptional customer service skills required
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Understanding of financial statements and ability to manage budgets
- Quick learner with strong organizational skills
- Able to balance attention to detail with swift execution

**Supervisory Responsibilities**

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities

**Work Environment**

The job operates in a professional retail environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit at a presentation station with a client for prolonged periods; stand, walk, bend, twist, squat, use hand to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, occasionally climb up and down ladders, lift up to 25 lbs., and perform our weight bearing pressure tests on our customers.

This is a full-time position. Must be available for store operating hours, inclusive of weekend.
