We are currently searching for an Associate Product Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The Associate Product Development Manager reports directly to the Manager of Product Development to support all phases of development for a seasonal business unit. This includes packaging development and design, quality testing, administrative support and more.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supports the Product Development Department’s efforts to design and deliver seasonal and everyday product lines within company calendar milestone dates.
- Manage and update item maters (item creation, specifications, UPCs, etc.).
- Coordinate shipments to and from external suppliers.
- Maintain product development status tracking system.
- Coordinate with overseas and domestic suppliers to support development efforts in product specifications, sales samples, etc.
- Assist with product quality testing process to ensure product integrity at retail.
- Work with Creative Services team to ensure timely delivery of art and design projects.
- Work with Quality Assurance to collect accurate ingredients and nutritional information in a timely manner.

**EXPERIENCE / EDUCATION**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in Product Development or Marketing.
- Entry level with 1-3 years of experience in product development or related field.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong attention to administrative details.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Ability to handle heavy workload and project deadlines effectively.
- Ability to take directions well and be flexible as projects evolve and require coarse adjustments.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
