We are seeking a Studio Office Manager to join our team. As a Studio Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our studio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.

- Perfom marketing tasks such as create content, schedule social media postings, branding to local busineses, and coordiante with third party marketing providers.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Organizing and coordinating studio events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of client information and transactions
- Manage the administrative needs of the studio, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining inventory
- Serve as a personal assistant to the studio manager by assisting with various executive tasks as needed
- Utilize Google Suite and other office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

- Previous experience in a similar administrative or customer service role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite or other office software is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
