**Position Description**

**Roles/Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing input and support contractual deliverables including Contractor Project Management Plan (CPMP), Weekly Status Reports, Monthly Status Reports, Quarterly Status Reports as well as Assessment reports completed during the line of work. Will be required to attend meeting with Government personnel as required.
- **Technical Support.** Provide and support on-site support to Government personnel and equipment. Responsible for ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained through the contract. If not met, responsible for creating and delivering Action Plans to ensure resolution is achieved.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- High school/GED required

- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and customers at geographically [globally] dispersed sites are essential.
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
- Location: Remote. Washington DC
- Veteran Preference: Yes.
- Citizenship/Security: Citizen/Green Card. Must be able to hold a federal security clearance.
