Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for A Rise Above, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and fulfill their needs for calling
- Provide information to callers and visitors about A Rise Above and services offered
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for staff members
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform Insurance Verification of Benefits and convey that information to patients
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record platforms a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in medical administrative tasks is a bonus
- Basic clerical skills such as typing, filing, and data entry

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
