**Position Title**:Fragrance Specialist - WCM
**Department**:Retail - Sales
**Reports to**:Store Manager
**Classification**:Hourly (Part-time Casual)
- A casual employee means any person specifically scheduled to work on an irregular basis as is required by mutual consent between an employer and employee. Under company policy, anyone classified as a casual employee will be considered to have voluntarily resigned if they fail to accept a minimum of one shift within a 90-day period.

- The Fragrance Specialist will focus on one primary objective - creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customer through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Demonstrate selling, incentive and product knowledge strategies
- Cover sales floor at all times
- Maintain awareness of all sale promotions
- Replenish sales floor as needed
- Execute store maintenance checklist (neat, clean and tidy) including service desk.
- Effectively adjust to different customer personalities
- Able to operate computerized register system & use common tools
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales plan
- Strengthen and develop relationship with existing customers
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Previous retail experience or relevant customer service experience
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Willingness to work non
- traditional business hours including nights, weekends & holidays
- Excellent verbal, written communication skills and problem solving abilities
- Great team-building, project managements and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Will be able to work with a diverse client base
- Exceptional attention to detail
