Job Summary:
Mortgage Loan Disclosure Specialist

The Disclosure Specialist is the initial contact person when a loan is submitted into the loan operating system by the Loan Originator.

Responsible for preparing the initial disclosure package that is sent electronically or by paper means if necessary.

Responsible for preparing all re-disclosures as necessary throughout the loan process

Verify validity of requested change circumstances request

Register and review disclosure tracking for accuracy, prepare COC package and upload into LOS in predefined bucket, update information into the log conversation log.

Ensures that all data is correct, current and compliant and runs Quality Control checks as needed

Checks to make sure all documents and information is in each loan file. This information should be accurate and compliant with federal and state laws and company policy.

Will submit the file to Operations in a timely manner once the information has had all the checks performed on it.

Collaborate with Team Leads on Titles, HOI's, and redisclosing loans

Communicate changes in deadlines, schedules, etc. to all required parties

Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in disclosing conventional, FHA, VA and Non QM

CFPB and RESPA knowledge

Strong Communication skills

Computer knowledge

Detail oriented

Critical thinking

Encompass knowledge helpful

CFPB and RESPA knowledge

**Location**: In office only

**Salary**: Depends on Experience (DOE)

**Job Type**: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
