Position Summary:
The Manager of ERP Systems is responsible for the management and support of the organization's ERP system and associated programs. This includes the planning, development, implementation, maintenance, access, and usage of the ERP system. This person is responsible for developing and providing training to the ERP support team and to end users. This does not include hardware or network equipment and configuration.

Essential Functions:

- Facilitate problem resolution for incidents, and service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Manage and coordinate the ERP team, including recruiting, mentoring, and measuring productivity and performance.
- Provide training, feasibility, design, testing, and SOP’s for new business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments/teams to understand business requirements and align solutions.
- Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as necessary.
- Implement ERP in new states and markets as the company continues to expand.
- Monitor security and compliance matters, ensuring data privacy and information security standards are upheld.
- Ensure compliance with applicable company, state, and federal laws, statutes, and regulations, as appropriate.
- Develop and update department standard operating procedures, quick start guides, and other reference resources.
- Utilize BI tool to develop business reports as needed. Establish as company’s single source of truth, and develop a process for creation, publication and permissible access of reports.
- Collaborate with third-party ERP partners to ensure alignment with project goals, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain knowledge of state-specific cannabis regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Information Systems or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- ERP implementation experience preferred.
- Strong project management and change management control skills with a track record of successfully leading complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Must be able to explain complex ideas to those with limited IT and systems knowledge.
- Intermediate or advanced Excel experience required, preferably through a formal certificate program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
