**Your role**

Your role as the Service Dispatcher is to schedule and provide support for all shop and field service repairs of compressed air equipment, providing regular updates to the Service Manager and the customer. You work with the Service Manager to coordinate the activities of the Service Department and serve as information liaison between the Service Manager, Service Technicians, Parts Specialist, and customers. You are important to the success of our team and our customers You will report to the Service Planning Manager.
- Handle incoming phone calls for internal or external customers
- Open work orders for incoming ad hoc jobs once hard copy PO or signed work authorization form is received
- Add parts required to complete service orders, and work to expedite the delivery of these orders, as needed.
- Add machines not currently in the system to SAP
- Coordinate the installation of new compressed air equipment with Sales.
- Work salesforce task queue for installations and start-up
- Schedule meetings with Service Manager to discuss service schedule daily
- Contribute to positive Company branding by projecting a knowledgeable, professional, and customer-oriented image to customers.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Quincy standards, while always striving to understand the needs and expectations of the customer.
- Take whatever action is appropriate and required to get the job done and to establish and maintain communications with all people/employees considered necessary to get the job done.

**To succeed, you need**
- A High School diploma or equivalent or Associate's degree in relevant field.
- Service planning experience in an industrial service industry preferred.
- To be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), experience with SAP is a plus
- To be comfortable working in an office environment with some warehouse or workshop environment, and possible customer site visits in the field; and you may visit field service environments at customers’ jobsites.

Salary based on skills and experience - $67,000 - 101,230
