**Position Summary**
We are looking for a great part-time server to join our team This person will not only provide table service to our guests ordering off the menu, but will provide service throughout the dining room, jumping in to seat guests and make drinks when needed. This is a tipped position.

- ** Positive**: Patience is your middle name You have the ability to remain calm and up-beat in high pressure situations.

**What You Do**
- ** Serve**: After warmly greeting our guests, you serve our guests from start to finish and ensure that their experience is one that will make them want to return
- ** Recommend**: You get to know our menu items, and grow your cheese knowledge, so you can guide the experience for our guests and make recommendations to satisfy their cravings
- ** Command your section**: You are responsible and held accountable to your section. Everything that happens within your section you are aware of and have a constant working list of what needs to be done in a prioritized order.
- ** Hosting**: Some hosting support will be needed as well.

**What We Need From You**
- At least 2 year NYC server experience - Fast paced / sense of urgency a must
- Friendly and outgoing
- Flexible schedule
- available on weekends and holidays
- Experience with ALOHA & Opentable or comparable platforms
- Active participation in dining room - full table maintenance
- Ability to work on a team - tips are pooled
- Knowledge of cheese, craft beer, or wine a serious +++
- Available for seasonal work until early January 2024
