**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a first point of contact for top-tier and trade media, including vetting requests, making initial recommendations internally and managing the overall process
- Aid in amplifying the voice of the DRW executive team through strategic thought leadership, including managing conference engagements, preparing key talking points and coordinating logistics with the executive assistant team
- Generate and execute ideas to reach key external audiences through a mix of earned, paid and owned channels
- Work alongside public affairs and market structure team (including relevant trade associations) to refine messaging, contribute strategic communication insights and craft thought leadership initiatives
- Collaborate with the internal communications team to align external campaigns with internal messaging for cohesive company-wide narratives
- Oversee the production and maintenance of communication materials such as executive bios, photo libraries, messaging frameworks, fact sheets, and other branding tools

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 2-5 years of experience, with extra credit given to those with agency experience and/or prior work in finance or fintech
- Demonstrated success in engaging with leading and trade media, with a knack for nurturing relationships and influencing narratives in a high-energy setting (no existing media relationships required)
- Exceptional writing skills, including ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, concise content
- Robust curiosity and eagerness to integrate into our team as a dependable contributor
- Creative mindset with an aspiration to refine design skills (familiarity with Adobe Suite, Premiere Pro and Canva preferred)
- Proficiency in leveraging social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to assist in disseminating relevant content and collaborating on new content ideas
- Exceptional project management skills and an eye for the details
