**Salary: $30 - $38 /hr - depending on experience**

**Job Summary**:
Are you a natural leader with a passion for construction and a keen eye for detail? The American Fence Company is seeking a Fence Installation Foreman to oversee our team of dedicated fence installers. In this role, you will coordinate and supervise all aspects of fence installation projects, ensuring they are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. **Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of fence installers to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, including material procurement, equipment usage, and manpower allocation.
- Execute various manual labor duties including installing vinyl, chain link, aluminum, and wood fencing, while ensuring job site efficiency.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and management, to communicate project status and address concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, labor hours, photos, and material usage.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in lead fence installation or related construction field, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or foreman role running crews.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a team.
- Thorough understanding of construction techniques, tools, and materials used in fence installation.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and protocols related to construction sites.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Utilizing construction software to keep projects organized and on track.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in construction management or a related field is a plus.
