The company has completed successful projects across numerous sectors including commercial, banking, parking garages, industrial, and institutional construction. **Role Description**

We are looking for a qualified construction superintendent to join our growing team and complete a build-out for a surgery center.
- Oversee daily operation of construction projects
- Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed
- Communicate project progress with clients and project managers
- Manage subcontractors and construction site organization
- Document project progress on Procore

Must have 5+ years of experience and familiarity with Procore. Healthcare experience is required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
