**_EAG is starting the search for a Marketing Specialist, responsible for executing the internal and external Marketing activities, to join our Corporate Revenue and Resource Management team. _**

This role is responsible for the overall execution efforts for the Marketing team, which includes but not limited to: digital marketing / media, events and conferences, and employee engagement activities. The person in this role is expected to demonstrate daily the appropriate analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills to fulfill the responsibilities outlined below and generate quality results. Strong time management, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate to individuals at all levels of the organization, are essential along with the ability to work as part of a team. All members of the EAG team are expected to actively participate in our team environment, communicate with our customers in a professional and service-oriented manner and identify process improvement and optimization opportunities. As EAG continues to grow, members must be able to handle changing priorities, new challenges, and multi-tasking.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Support vision, brand & strategy for EAG marketing.
- Drive PR efforts, awards, certifications & recognition.
- Maintain internal/external marketing presence via EAG platforms.
- Manage internal/external culture activities & events.
- Embody the EAG culture.

**POSITION, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS (Minimum Qualifications)**:

- Bachelor’s level degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, or related field.
- 0-5 years’ experience in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field. Oil and Gas industry experience preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of Marketing & Event Management duties and functions of the Business Development department.
- Proven ability to ensure work is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills.
- Advanced computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Adobe PDF.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies:

- Canva
