**Team Assistant Positions**

Both positions require a patient and stable work style and consistency in dealing with repetitive routines. The job demands a goal-oriented, cooperative, agreeable and empathic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them. A customer service, team-oriented focus is of utmost importance along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. The job requires attention to the details and nuances of each situation, operating with better-than-average accuracy, with careful attention to the quality of the work, and an ability to maintain calm in stressful situations.

Business Relations Team Assistant specific duties:

- This is an entry level position that we hope to advance the right person to an Accreditation Review Analyst position.

Dispute Resolution Team Assistant specific duties:

- This position will help in the processing of consumer complaints and assist the team with any assigned tasks.
- Provide customer service to consumers and businesses which will include, but is not limited to, information regarding their complaints, general information generated from our database, and referrals to appropriate agencies.
- They will engage in consistent and timely correspondence with the parties, update BBB records, refer appropriate complaints to other BBB’s, and all other duties assigned.
- This is an entry level position that we hope to advance the right person to a Dispute Resolution Analyst position.

Pay: $36,400.00 - $37,440.00 per year
