DESCRIPTION
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve customer and internal quality issues and complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and product integrity.
- Provide leadership and guidance to inspection and testing teams to maintain high productivity and technical integrity. Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Utilize statistical data and product specifications to establish quality standards and reliability expectations for finished products. Analyze trends and deviations to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Offer technical and statistical expertise to teams, supporting problem-solving efforts and facilitating data-driven decision-making processes.
- Formulate, document, and maintain quality control standards and objectives. Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
- Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities, providing guidance and support to maintain high productivity and technical integrity within the team.
- Manage the Food Safety and Quality Management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including HACCP and GMP protocols.
- Maintain an active role in safety initiatives, continuous improvement programs, and research and development efforts. Manage food safety and quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide support to R&D departments in the development of new products.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and performance excellence, demonstrating strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to drive organizational success.

TRAVEL

EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Master degree will be a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience, including supervisory/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of tools, concepts, and QA methodologies, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
- Additional eligibility qualifications include quality experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in plastics flexible packaging, HACCP & GMP experience, and audit experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
