**Westbury Toyota Is looking for an Automotive Parts Agent who will assist technicians, walk-in & phone customers with finding the correct Parts they need for their vehicle.**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Dealing with Daily Operations
- Making a profit & a difference
- Assists walk-in customers in obtaining the correct parts for their needs and wants.
- Answers phone calls quickly and professionally, helping customers determine their needs and wants.
- Orders or locate parts while providing both timely service for customers and maximum profit for the Dealership.
- Maintains a clean and uncluttered work area.
- Tracks all parts back orders to expedite time of shipment
- Know and abide by all company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and other policies and procedures determined by management.
- Follows dealerships safety rules and Injury and Illness Prevention program.
