Our team has a very busy schedule and a heavy workload and interacts frequently with various stakeholders in the course of supporting other departments and the vision of the firm. In order for the team to be focused and successful where most needed, it needs someone who can offer valuable administrative assistance (including standard responses to correspondence, data entry, filing, archiving, typing, proofreading, formatting, copying, scanning and routing documents, etc.).

The Finance, HR and Administrative Team needs a committed Administrative Assistant to take ownership of ensuring standards are met, and coordinating or executing various clerical and other tasks or assignments related to general administration as directed; and consistent with the firm’s vision and initiatives.

**Ongoing Work**:

- General Administrative tasks for the Department (including standard responses to correspondence, data entry, filing, archiving, typing, proofreading, formatting, copying, scanning and routing documents, etc.)
- Support Team Managers as needed.
- Assist with timesheet and expense report review.
- Assist with preparation of reports, memos, and other office correspondence/client submittals.
- Assist other personnel at the direction of manager.
- Assist/Schedule meetings for team managers.
- Organize team and company events.
- Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail oriented with focus on accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work successfully in a team setting.
- Perform other clerical duties as directed.
- Document work performed by time spent, as appropriate.
- Perform duties in a safe, cheerful, efficient, and workmanlike manner.

**Key Criteria/Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or related field
- Strong skill/experience in Microsoft Outlook, Word 2010, Excel 2010 and PowerPoint
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality.
- Strong software and database knowledge, graphic design, Deltek Vision or similar CRM systems a plus
- Familiarity of engineering firm operations a plus
- Strong math and communication skills.

**Pay**:
**$16.00 to $18.00 per hour based on experience**
