As the **Vice President - Talent Analytics**, you will be responsible for the overall leadership, productivity, and performance of the Global Reporting, Analytics and Data Engineering teams. You will wield the power and expertise of this team to build and roll out a platform and service that delivers unparalleled understanding of our business.

**Craft Compelling Stories**
- Develop and maintain our core client reporting infrastructure, utilizing data visualizations and analysis to showcase the performance of our services in a captivating manner.

**Lead a Global Team**
- Manage a Global Team of technical and non-technical Reporting Engineers and Analysts, guiding them to deliver exceptional services to our clients worldwide. Provide inspirational leadership and guidance for career development, empowering team members to reach their full potential.

**Set Performance Standards**
- Establish clear performance standards and goals for the team, regularly assessing progress and addressing any gaps to ensure excellence in performance.

**Inspire & Develop**
- Provide inspirational leadership and guidance for career development, empowering team members to reach their full potential

**Collaborate Strategically**
- Collaborate with our Portfolio Leaders to understand industry trends and develop strategic plans to enhance our services and drive business growth.

**Qualifications**:
**What will you bring?**

**Essential Requirements**
- Talent Acquisition operational and reporting experience
- Experience rolling out and maintaining a global reporting infrastructure to provide data visualization and storytelling using platforms such as Domo Tableau, PoweBI, GoogleLooker.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate remote Global Teams of reporting analysts and data engineers.
- Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization

**Desirable**
- Background and experience as an RPO Recruiter, account leader or support.
