**Shift Hours**:
**Full-Time, Primarily Days shift Monday - Friday with no holidays, weekends, or calls. The leader may require to work evenings or weekends on occasion.**

**The Sterile Processing Department works in tandem with other departments, playing a crucial role in maintaining patient safety during surgeries and medical procedures. It is tasked with retrieving used medical and surgical instruments and ensuring their proper cleaning, decontamination, sterilization, assembly, and repackaging for reuse.**

**The department is seeking a leader to manage its daily operations. The responsibilities of this role include supervising the department's staff, overseeing hiring and retention, ensuring an efficient workflow, delivering high-quality customer service, coordinating the distribution of instruments, supplies, and equipment, and upholding a safe working environment.**

**This leader will be responsible for the performance of a department/business unit as defined by Bellin’s strategies. Provides leadership to obtain operational and strategic goals within the business unit and affiliated Brand and/or Service Delivery Structure. Promotes safety and quality improvement activities and develop people within a team focus. Acts as a change agent consistent with Bellin Health System vision, mission, and strategies.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree preferred.**:

- **Appropriate WI license where applicable to specific leader position required.**:

- **Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience required.**:

- **Surgical and/or sterile process experience required.**:

- **3-5 years of experience as a Surgical Technologist, RN, or Sterile Process Technician preferred.**
