**FMS Advance (FMS) **is seeking new talent to join our growing financial sales team.

**Sales Requirements**
- GED or High School Diploma
- English Speaking
- bilingual is a plus
- Previous work experience
- The Ability to Meet or exceed daily productivity goals.
- Build a successful client lead base.
- Manage time efficiently.
- Overcome customer reluctance when applicable.

**Sales Associate Responsibilities**
- Call prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Influences customers to take working capital by following a prepared sales script that allows you to easily navigate the conversation.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed improvements to management.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
