**Position Description: (**If you do not have all the skills you need for this position, Weller will train you. We just need you to have a “can do, ready to learn” mindset.)
- Install all major components in a manual truck transmission.
- Inspect Measure clutches, gears, cast iron and truck parts for the manual unit.
- Handling (lifting, carrying, etc.) parts, gears, cast, completed assemblies (counter shaft / main shaft) over 5 lbs.
- Examine / Inspect threads, pumps, gearing, paint jobs, and other sub-components, etc.
- Uses variety of tools ranging from hand tools to impacts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Must stand for 8+ hours per day.
- Frequent walking.
- Fine motor skills are required (finger / hand manipulation).
- May need to lift weight greater than 50 lbs. at times.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
