**Job Overview**

As a National Sales Associate, you will report to the Head of National Sales Accounts and engage cross-functionally with departments like Product Development, Brand, Sourcing, Order Entry and Marketing. You'll play a pivotal role in supporting and executive sales strategies, data analysis, and delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to Inside and Outside Sales representatives.
- Maintain sales data for Key Accounts, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Review purchase orders, backorders, sample orders and quotes.
- Manage account samples for buyers.
- Merchandise product planograms and create eye-catching counter and floor displays.
- Efficiently track inbound merchandise and manage shortlists.
- Contribute insights on sales strategies to generate new business and grow current programs.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends and leverage growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and delivering sales presentations, both in-person and virtually.
- Exhibit adaptability in responsibilities that may arise, both internally and with customers.

**Job Competencies**
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2+ years of B2B Sales experience.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrate a proactive and self-motivated approach to task management.
- Trade Show experience is a plus.
- Retail experience is a plus.
