**_ ACCOUNTABILITIES_**
- Support development and execution of PDT BU end-to-end vision and strategy. Prepare strategic analysis to enable informed and efficient decision-making.
- Provide business partnership support to PDT management team on topics related to end-to-end strategy, business optimization, strategic and business development projects, preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Interact with key stakeholders across PDT value chain (strategy, R&D, plasma collection, manufacturing, operations, marketing, and sales) to ensure understanding of business drivers and alignment on PDT strategy and messaging.
- Lead strategic and financial support (business case preparation, coordination, and messaging) for major strategic initiatives across PDT value chain (must-win and re-imagine initiatives, other cross-functional projects).
- Develop storyline, messaging and prepare presentation materials around PDT results and project data to communicate clear and consistent performance picture internally and externally. Ensure the measing is aligned with strategic storyline and narrative.
- Assist and challenge commercial and functional stakeholders during preparation and reviews of PDT Long Range Forecast (LRF)
- Participates in a variety of business meetings both locally and globally.

- Demonstrated understanding of data analysis, ability to generate business insights and to communicate complex concepts to stakeholders on different levels (up to BU CFO and President)
- Plasma / BioTech / Pharma Industry knowledge - understanding of the industry including fundamental drivers, competition, and industry specific analysis.
- Holistic understanding of business, experience in development and execution of strategic projects
- Relevant experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of financial analysis, business modelling and basic valuation concepts (NPV, ROI, IRR).
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to generate and illustrate key business insights.
