**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
- Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide product information.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to recommend products and solutions that meet customer needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to enhance the shopping environment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous customer service experience in a retail setting preferred.
- Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as it allows for effective communication with a diverse customer base
- Ability to effectively handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find appropriate solutions
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in technical sales or electronics sales is preferred
