**SUMMARY**

As the Financial Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making within the organization.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **include the following:

- Collaborate with and influence business partners at all levels through data driven analytics and insights
- Perform analysis of datasets to extract relevant information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights for the business
- Support Core FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analytics & reporting
- Standardize and automate business processes, align financial reporting to changing business needs
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators to assess the financial healthy and performance of the organization

**Education and/or Experience**:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
