Then this role could be for you. The Healthcare Innovation Company (thINc)/Validation Institute is looking for a self-motivated, and versatile marketing manager to help drive leads, awareness, and market share for our Sponsorship and Validation sales team to reach our annual revenue goals.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Create and review marketing campaigns for optimal performance and develop solutions within budget constraints
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive lead generation and conversion
- Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology, and budgeting
- Proficient with marketing-related software programs
- A history of planning and executing successful lead generation campaigns
- Time management and organization skills for planning and executing both large and small marketing projects and initiatives

**SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES**:

- High energy and the ability to succeed amidst multiple deadlines and priorities
- Tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous and professional manner with effective oral and written communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills for coming up with ideas to increase demand for products and services
- Effective communication skills and adaptable communication style for interacting with team members, upper management, and clients
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:
Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience: 3-5 Years Relevant Business Experience

**TRAVEL REQUIRED**:
Infrequent, on an as-needed basis

**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:
Position is considered to be sedentary and no unusual physical requirements are necessary to perform daily tasks. Largely computer-related work. Position duties may require incumbents to lift, carry heavy objects (up to 20 lbs.) on a nonroutine or daily basis.

**About Validation Institute**

Validation Institute is dedicated to providing unbiased, data-driven insights on healthcare solutions and services by validating performance claims made by solutions providers and educating purchasers to drive transparency in the marketplace and maximize cost-savings.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
