**Compensation**:
$100,000+

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year real estate experience
- Must be willing to make our office in Reston home base
- Must be a team player with a “can do” attitude
- Must be willing to be part of a VERY collaborative team
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to prospect at least 2 hours a day with a service-minded attitude
- Willingness to utilize social media and video for marketing efforts
- Must have amazing work ethic - we work hard but have so much fun doing it
- Ability to dedicate yourself full-time to real estate
- Must be willing to be coached and have an inherent desire to grow
