**Working Hours**:

- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

**Company Overview**: Join our dynamic team, a leading tire and wheel wholesale company dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We are looking for a motivated and experienced manager to lead our operations and drive growth.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate detailed reports for senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive offerings

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the tire and wheel industry, preferably in a management role
- Strong sales, leadership, and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in inventory management and sales analysis
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Basic computer skills

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and achieving sales targets
