- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or promotions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

**Skills**:

- Cash handling experience, including counting money and providing accurate change
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers
- Proficient in phone etiquette for answering customer inquiries
- Familiarity with Smoke shop industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for operating the POS system and other retail software
- Strong organizational skills for stocking merchandise and maintaining inventory
