**Basic Job Functions** Granite Management LLC is looking for a Leasing Agent to serve as the face of the company as the initial point of contact to new and current tenants seeking to rent or requesting assistance on an issue regarding their current Granite managed unit while representing the organization with humility, integrity, and accountability.

**Responsibilities**
- Knowledgeable of Granite managed properties including property locations, attributes, and amenities
- Schedule and facilitate property visits and showings in an effort to secure new leases
- Communicate with other departments to help in being a better resource to tenants and other external stakeholders
- Process and complete lease and other internal documentation
- Contribute knowledge, experience, and recommendations during weekly or monthly leasing meetings
- Seek to specialize in other areas of leasing, customer service, social media marketing and integrated services
- Capacity to work overtime during periods of high volume activity
- Maintain assigned company-owned vehicle in a safe and clean working order, if applicable
- All other duties, as assigned
